The PhDs and the Smith & Wesson Dr. Mike Hawke presents Dr. Kyle McGregor his Model 1012
|

Kyle writes:
Thank you so much Jim and thanks to Smith & Wesson for the beautiful shotgun! I picked-up the Model 1012 autoloader today from my good friend Dr. Mike Hawke of Gun & Dog Specialties and it is phenomenal. The fit, finish and craftsmanship are exceptional and I cannot wait until spring turkey season to take it afield.
As an educator I can say that your efforts and support from sponsors like Smith & Wesson make Shooting USA fundamental to the advancement and sustainability of shooting in the United States. What a great program and tasteful presentation of what we value most about the Second Amendment.
Cheers, Kyle

|
Laura picks up her M&P 45 from Mark Carrico at Bi-Rite Sporting Goods in Rawlins, WY.
|
|
Laura Writes:
I picked up my new S&W M&P 45 this morning.
It's a beauty. I enjoyed the envious look in my husband's eye! My husband and I did try it out in a wide open space on the way home. Luckily, wide open spaces are in abundance in Wyoming!
It shot nice and didn't have the kick I expected. I have determined that I'll need to get some practice in to become any kind of a marksman, but that will be the fun part!
I want to shout out a huge thank-you to Shooting USA for sponsoring this ongoing contest. I try and enter it every week!
Also, a big thank you to Mark Carrico at Bi-Rite Sporting Goods in Rawlins, WY for speedy and friendly service.

Got the call from Gun City today. I've been more pumped up about this than a 4 yr old drinking Redbull the night before Christmas! This is my first S&W and it is a dandy! Double action is smooth but manly, single action is crisp with very little creep. Very nice.
You might be able to tell that I will be shooting this very pretty Model 21. Might even swap grips for some round butt combats. Save the factory stocks for show. Thank you so much for offering these give-aways on your show and thank Smith and Wesson for providing such fine firearms.
